…..the best size?

Ran my first full race (50 miles) with the raide belt / shorts / 4x 360ml flasks and I don’t think I can go back. I don’t know why every flask doesn’t have a locking cap, changes the game, and the size is so nice to tuck wherever and stuff other fun food from aid stations anywhere you like. Easy, dialled in, perfect for me. Love all this kit! Has replaced everything in my old vest set up for shorter distances / coldish weather. Still a time and place for larger flasks, but when you don’t need much it is tough to beat.
