Easy - tasty electrolyte balance
These are great. While I appreciate some of the new saltier drink mixes - I can only take so much of those. These salt sticks are easy to consume, taste great, and help me balance electrolytes on long rides. Really felt it staved off cramping on a recent hot 100 mile ride. These will be in all future ride kits.

Tasty and quickly effective
They taste like Sweet Tarts and are quickly effective. No need to wait for a quart of water with electrolytes to kick in. Sometimes the heat about makes us get faint playing tennis and 2 of these and all is good in several minutes.

Have you ever finished a long workout and felt great, only to have a bit of a headache later on? Yeah. Electrolytes.
2 of these per hour is a great offset to my carb drink that has almost no sodium. This stuff is a lifesaver.
