Creatine - 90 Servings

90 Servings? More like 120!

I've been using this since I got serious about weight training and I do feel it is beneficial to my health and fitness plan. the science is solid and honestly, I usually get around 100 or more scoops out of a container.

Visual Improvement

The container has improved. With the wider opening, it becomes easier to spoon out. Speaking of the spoon, it is larger than the previous ones. How could it still be measuring 5 gram servings as before?The creatine is more homogeneous and blends with water easily.

Creatine

I have been using creatine (5 gm) once per day in my morning coffee for about 2-3 weeks so far. I think it is still too early to see if it will help me with muscle strength. It dissolves easily in my coffee with no taste which keeps me consistent in using it. time will tell.
