Precision Fuel and Hydration PF 90 Gel

Great for long efforts!

Great for beginners that are looking to increase their carb intake easily. This allows you to carry 3 servings in one and makes it easy to take in more or less depending on how you feel. I prefer a more liquid/runny consistency but this is not to difficult to get down. The taste is fine, sugary as you would expect but not artificial tasting. If you need something to bring on a long run where you’d need more 60-90 carbs an hour this product is perfect for that.

Neutral taste, easy on the stomach

I’m someone who struggles with sweet stuff during races, and have tried just about every gel to find something that doesn’t taste too sweet three outs into a race. These gels are about as neutral as it gets, and don’t trigger the achy stomach feeling I get from nearly all gels, even after 1000 calories worth. Also, the twist-off cap is super convenient for sipping on these over the course of an hour. Yes, they’re expensive, but compared to registration fees, it’s worth it for me to have a gel I can reliably eat late into races.

Great option on trail runs

Great delivery compared to regular gels. I like spreading it out however I want over an hour or two, especially on trail. Good flavor. Recommend their Precision 250 sodium tabs with it when it's hot and/or a longer effort, since it doesn't have sodium/electrolytes in the gel.
