Precision Fuel and Hydration PF 90 Gel

The Precision Fuel & Hydration PF 90 Gel has been excellent for long runs and cycling sessions. Easy to digest, no stomach issues, and the texture is much smoother than most gels I’ve tried. The 90g carb ratio gives steady energy without needing multiple packets, which makes fueling much simpler during endurance workouts. Great taste without being overly sweet, and the resealable packaging is actually useful during training. Definitely one of the best endurance gels I’ve used.

Only thing I could consume after mile 45

This is a standout product.. and the fact that there is two servings per hour makes it easier carry the twist off cap is integral to that. I was easily able to keep on ingesting these at the UTMB UTA 100k at the very end

Perfect for ultra training/race day

This is the perfect amount of carbs that I need per hour. It’s my minimum carbs per hour in sports nutrition, and then I top off with food on the hour. Strongly recommend for ultras. Also It’s easy to carry and I love the cap. Tastes good and doesn’t give me flavor fatigue.
