First few weeks of consuming

I’ve been taking omega-3 every day for a month. Nothing dramatic happened in the first week. After 3–4 weeks I noticed a slightly clearer head and more stable mood, nothing huge but enough to feel. Skin feels a bit less dry. No big change in energy or joints yet.

Love this one! I’m very particular about Omega-3 quality, and this checks all the boxes for me: sustainably sourced from small wild-caught fish like anchovies, sardines and mackerel, which naturally tend to be lower in heavy metals. Each serving has a really strong 1,600 mg of EPA + DHA, with 800 mg of each in a balanced 1:1 ratio. I also love that it’s in the natural triglyceride form and NSF Certified for Sport with testing for purity and heavy metals. No fishy aftertaste either. Such an easy daily staple!
