Great for overall health and inflammation support

I’ve been using Momentous Omega-3 for a bit now, and honestly, it’s one of the better fish oil supplements I’ve tried. The first thing I noticed is there’s basically no fishy aftertaste—which is a huge win because that’s usually what makes me stop taking other brands. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I don’t get that weird “repeat” feeling later in the day. It’s just simple and easy to stick with, which is half the battle with supplements. I mainly take omega-3s for overall health and inflammation support, and this one feels solid. Momentous is known for being really clean and well-tested, so I trust what’s in it. It definitely feels like a more premium product compared to the cheaper stuff out there. That said, it is on the pricier side. But for me, the quality and not having to deal with gross side effects makes it worth it. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality omega-3 and you don’t mind spending a little more, I’d recommend it.

My triglycerides dropped 90 points in three months. I am shocked! Plus, there are no indigestion issues that are common even with many other “burpless” formulations . You’ve got a longterm subscriber and I am referring my family and friends to this company. Wow!

I believe in the quality

I honestly feel no difference in taking this. I do still get some burping from it but it's not a fishy taste but more fruity/ floral. I know that Omega-3s are healthy and believe in this brand being a clean, healthy brand
