Precision Fuel and Hydration PF 30 Gel

Perfect for any long run!

These were recommended by a fellow Ironman so I had to try them out. They are easy to open, tastes great, and are easy to swallow while running. I have found other products to be thick, hard to swallow, and needed to drink something right after. I really appreciate how ingredients are not packed with artificial and unnecessary extras. Great fueling made simple and easy to use and eat!

Great gels!

No GI issues on really long and intense sessions. Works great at high altitude. Easy to calculate carbs per hour and not have to worry about electrolytes at the same time.

Hands down my favorite gels

My favorite gels! No gut issues, easy to consume, and I absolutely love the neutral taste. The tear away tab is a low key, major plus too since it stays connected to the pouch and reduces course litter.
