Working through the process
I have a delayed emptying issue with my stomach. Gastro distress is a major concern, getting through the timing of it all. It works well for now; I want to make it great for me, and I am working to work more efficiently.

Good experience with it
My teen son has been taking the bicarb for running and says he thinks it helps. His times and discomfort level have come down a bit since being on it. He doesn't report any stomach upset. I do, though, because the goo looks so disgusting I don't know how he gets it down! There's a LOT of it. I guess like anything else at the elite level, you've gotta want it.
