Really Helps
I’ve been using this product for a while and I find that it really helps during my cross country and track seasons. It helps extend my runs before I become tired.

Worth It
First time using the Bicarb system -- The instructions were easy to follow with the packaging. The mixture once complete was not the most enjoyable thing to ingest but it wasn't the worst either. I found there to be a definite boost in performance but not without some GI challenges. I feel with a bit more gut training that this could be a huge boost on race day but the first few training sessions needed some getting used to.
