My new favorite nutrition for distance workouts

These are perfect for my longer runs and bike rides when I want just a little bit at a time instead of a whole gel or bar at once. For rides, I put the open pack in my bento box and take a couple out at a time, and they'll carry me between rest stops, when I can eat something more. While I do hydrate, I don't have to wash them down with water immediately, so that's a plus. I also love the taste of the sour flavors.

All the flavors I have tried so far are great and the consistency of the gummy is just right. It's soft, but doesn't get your fingers sticky.
