SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel

At first I didn’t like SIS bc it was so thin but now it’s pretty much all I take. I can always rely on these gels even late into an ultra when nothing sounds good. I enjoy the variety of flavor and the options to get caffeinated and others with electrolytes. My go to flavor is pineapple.

I run everyday and it's taken me years to find fueling options that work perfectly including tasting great. So many of the gels are gag worth but not these. SiS is my favorite manufacturer by far!

I’m training for a marathon and was in need of something to keep me going….. I stumbled across “SIS go energy + electrolyte gel” (salted strawberry). I was a little skeptical about it but went ahead and ordered it, what a total run (game) changer. I’ve ordered a couple times and will continue to keep them on hand throughout my marathon training and marathon.
