Baking Steel Dough Container – 5L Cold Proofing Box

I like the 5L Cold Proofing boxes so much! I thought they would be too small, but they're perfect because they stack, and they don't require so much room in the refrigerator! Love how the lids suction on too! Nice work, Andris and Baking Steel, et al!

Perfect for making a large batch of dough. I use a full kilo of 00 flour using the 72hr method. Ideal size and easily fits in the refrigerator

What a difference in my dough!! I highly recommend this...if you want the best end result, you have to use the right tools! 😊
