Bamboo peel

Very nice peel that came with 12”Ooni. However, I soon ordered metal peel for launching pizza into oven, after preparing pizza and toppings on bamboo and transferring it to perforated metal peel.

Still sticky

Was hoping this was going to solve my sticking on launch issues but it did not. I use rice and semolina flours to help launch and was hoping this peel was going to launch better than my metal peels. Unfortunately, it does not, I still need a sheet of parchment to launch cleanly. Nice looking board made with quality materials that makes for an attractive presentation when serving.

Bamboo Peel is the right choice

We bought the metal peel, but find the bamboo peel is easier to use
