Folding Proofer with Accessory Shelf

Where have you been my bread baking life?!

Tried the oven with the oven light, warming drawer set to Proof, counter top, et al. Results were erratic. Got a beautiful rise the first time I used the Folding Proofer! Easy to erect, if you give in and use the easy insructions. I like the easy assured temperature control and humidity control via the water pan. Folds up as compactly as possible. My OCD wife did not complain that it was out of place on the counter with my other cooking gadgets. Minor complaint: wish I could just tilt the top back to reach inside instead of having to remove top. Only reason for the 4++ instead of 5. Bottom line: I'm in bread baking heaven! (As my waist line is begining to attest.)

This has made it so much easier to get my starter and breads to rise despite the outside temperature fluctuations. Helps me to stay on schedule.
