Never smoked brisket before. Had 80 people at my 80th birthday party
Smoked all three briskets, served everyone and just enough left to make a few sandwiches next week.
Everyone raved over the mear. Turned out perfect.

Most tender brisket ever…cooked it at 225 until 170 internal…wrapped it and cooked to 203…rested in cooler for 3 hrs…like butter…and juicy!!….definitely going to do another!!!

I was disappointed. The first brisket was under 11 pounds was a large brisket so all the average weight is 11 to 13 for a large let it go not a big deal. The second one I got was under 11 pounds as well. It’s a $50 savings I might have been able to take advantage of how I got a larger small one which is around 10 pounds which is only a few ounces less than I received so in the big scheme of things I’m gonna try another supplier and see how they fare . The brisket themselves were very good.
