Garlic Fermented Pickles

I definitely enjoyed the garlic pickles, could have used a little more garlic to them! There was a little pickle Co. on Long Island,NY many years ago called Sterns that made pickles just like yours, it brought me back to those times! Your's are just as good!

Don't eat if you must be close to someone soon after.

These are great pickles, but boy, does the garlic punch! Perhaps, in small doses, it would be better, but I like to eat the whole pickles as they are. I do not mind having garlic breath, but I live alone. The aftermath lasts about half an hour, but the pickle is worth it.

Taste GREAT in salads!

These pickles pack a punch for me and since they do, I’ve decided to dice them into potato salad, mix them in relishes etc. Absolutely delicious!
