My second order. First was delivered as a birthday gift to my son in law in Arizona. A great hit. My daughter enjoyed making Tuna Tartare and could rave enough about it. Absolutely loved the Salmon Fillet. Yesterday, I created the Tuna Tartare with Avocados. The quality of the fish is outstanding. Melts in your mouth. Delicious. 😋 Friday we will try taste the Salmon Fillet. Highly recommend this company for anyone that enjoys fresh fish.
