Ordered 4 lbs outside skirt steak from Meat n’ Bone for fajitas for a party. It was easily the most tender skirt I’ve ever grilled. Skirt steak can easily end up chewy. I enjoyed soaking in the compliments from guests about how tender and flavorful it was. Will definitely order again!
