I always like your chilis....I'm not one for spicey but the mild still has a great fresh flavor and I put both the red/green and green chili on everything

The Red and Green Chile Blend Medium heat is delicious! We opened one jar and loved the taste! Where as the Red and Green Blend Hot wasn't that tasty. We were a little disappointed because we've ordered Hot before and it was great. It just didn't taste the same. We noticed the color was a little darker and the chile didn't have that hot robust flavor. We ordered 6 Hot and 6 Medium jars. But this won't stop us from ordering more in the future. Thank You!!!
