Hatch Red & Green Chile

Great flavor in every jar!

Such consistent flavor! We haven’t eaten every jar yet, but the several we have have been so delicious. We were hesitant to buy our Chile in a jar, but we have been so happy with it.

I’m a big fan of The Fresh Chile Company and everybody that works there! There is only one chile that’s really New Mexico chile and it comes from Hatch NM! Everything I’ve bought here is phenomenal. The flavors are deep and delicious. I lived in NM for 16 years and now I’m in California and truly the only way I’ve survived is these guys. Buy from the best and forget the rest! Fire roasted flavor is unparalleled!

Loved the flavor of this product, with the zingy green playing with the more ripened, sweeter heat of the red. Very nice and the heat level of this "Hot" product was very good. This might be a couple of clicks to the "more hot" varieties as well!
