USDA Choice Tri-Tip Steak

I smoked my Tri Tip on my Masterbuilt 1150. We had several neighbors who are seasoned smokers amd they were blown away! If you start with 44 Farms Angus Strong Beef the smoke is the icing on the cake!!

The steaks were great. I had so me questions and made multiple phone calls and no one ever answered or responded. Very disappointing. You’re a better company than that. If I’m paying top dollar I think I’m owed a little bit of backup, but got nine.

Let me start by saying all my past orders were great! I was disappointed with the tri tips in this order. The smaller one weighed 1 pound 8 ounces frozen and packed and the larger one weighed 2 pounds 13.5 ounces frozen and packed. The two single pictures are the small one and the other picture shows both side by side. While the meat had great flavor I’m extremely disappointed in the size. You advertise an average of three pounds so my small one was half the average size.
