I am a stickler for flank steak! The last batch I got had over 50% fat attached to each steak. Usually what I order and receive are lean and cook up super. Waiting till I order again.
My last order was not delivered as the instructions indicated. Why do I place detail instructions when they are disregarded?
My order was left by the front door in the sun!

Since moving from Texas, I had made new roots in Georgia and now Mississippi. There are no flank steaks like in Texas! Your flanks are of great quality. A little fat for taste, no bones and they cook exquisitely!
