Premium Beef Tallow

Excellent beef tallow for cooking. It’s lighter than the other tallow. I’ve tried and has a good flavor addition to whatever I’m cooking.

When people don’t realize how much beef tallow is better than oils and butter and how it improves the flavors of so many things like french fries unbelievable

Great choice

First time I bought beef tallow. Can’t make a comparison but I suspect it beats the competition. Thought I’d try it with fresh green beans from my garden. Blanch beans 3 minutes, drain, rinse cold bath. Melt tablespoon or more in sauté pan with some garlic. Cook beans until tender crisp. OMG I will repeat all summer long!!
