Picanha Steak - Top Sirloin Cap Steak

Incredible cuts! We ordered eight of them and they were all great. Cooked them for a group of college athletes and about 24 pounds of pichana disappeared in minutes!

The Picanha was probably the most delicious piece of meat I've ever eaten. Perfect cut, flavor, tenderness. Didn't have to trim off any fat, it arrived perfectly.

So glad 44 Farms introduced me to the Picanha cut. Who would have thought this unusual “sirloin cap” would be one of the best steak dinners you have ever tasted. I cooked it whole after coating the entire roast with a dry rub. There are many rubs to be discovered on the internet. I’ve cooked it entirely on the grill and also seared it on the grill and then finished in a 250 degree oven. Just try it. Lots of compliments coming!
