Hatch Green Chile Sauce

There's not anything I don't love about Hatch Chile first off. However my order was incorrect.I purchased the additional guarantee and it was still wrong. The order was 6 jars of hot. I recieved 4 hot/2 medium. Never have i ordered medium anything when hot was available. As a matter of fact, I dream of the day when I can get xxhot(lumbre)delivered to me in Iowa. hint hint lol. Alas the two medium jars have been gifted to a local pizzeria owner in hopes of spreading the word and experience of my beloved Hatch Chiles to the world. Not angry,just a little disappointed. Besides,how amazing is my kitchen w/ 4 jars beckoning to be utilized? In short, stuff happens I know,however when it comes to my obsession and love of Hatch, I tend to take it a little personal.Feel me? Best, Jonathan Burke
