Overall disappointed. The intermuscular fat was wonderful, but overall I was disappointed in both of the muscles in the brisket. The point was much smaller than I anticipated for an 18lb brisket and the flat tapered to a thickness of about 1/2 of an inch. I've gotten much larger points and much thicker flat (thin part) in choice quality briskets bought from my local supermarket. I realize that this was a premium piece of protein, but I don't feel that the value was there for me to ever purchase again.

My 20 pound American Wagyu brisket arrived in a timely manner, still frozen, and in excellent condition. Lovely marbling! Was tender and delicious when smoked, fed family and friends with many compliments and requests for more. Recommend highly!

smoked it overnight, holding for dinner, It's the juiciest darn brisket you can buy. Absolute GOAT of wagyu. The products they sell set the industry standard and customer service is the absolute best. my pics are bad but the brisket is fantastic
