USDA Choice Outside Skirt Steak

I placed an order for my niece and purposely ordered enough to get free steaks as a bonus. I sent an email making sure this promotion would be included. Unfortunately the free steaks were out of stock and our order was placed regardless. A little disappointing.

I must admit I didn't even realize those were the skirt steaks until I read the package. They are the smallest skirt steaks I have ever seen. In all honestly they are about a 1/4 - 1/3 the size I get from Creekstone Farms. Sure hope they taste good.

The skirt steaks are the best we have ever had, including from our local butcher and local farm. They are so tender and juicy. I never freeze meat, and I was shocked how great they were. We received a gift card and decided to give it a try, and we are so glad that we did. We have already made a second large purchase and plan to buy many more! Can't wait to try the other cuts!
