Love 575 Hatch Green Chile Sauce

I love the flavor of the 575 medium. I had out of town guests and opened a jar. We put it on Hot Dogs at Lunch, and scrabbled eggs at breakfast. Everyone loved it.

First of all the packaging is fantastic, in the past i have received broken bottles but this new stuff is great, no more broken bottles. Ths salsa itself is delicious i have put it in my meat for burgers, i put it in my salmon croquet and even made a sause with mayo and hot sauce with it.

Delicious, I grew up in west Texas andliving in Florida I missed the flavors I grew up with, especially Hatch chili. These guys nail it, amazing quality and flavor. Thank you for carefully shipping some of my favorites to where I am.
