Purchasing filet is a splurge for me but I know I am buying too quantity with Creekstone Farms. When I see sale I am all in! You do not need to be a gourmet chef to cook a great steak especially at this quality. Since my husband passed I am only cooking for one and this is a fantastic treat

Fantastic Filets

Brined in salt the night before. Direct seared on a Santa Maria grill and then lifted the grate to get to temperature. My family said it was the best steak they can remember. Usually order Wagyu filets, but I won't any more. This was great.
