Love It!
This is my favorite brine mix. It takes every cook to the next level. I even brine pork chops and chicken breasts with it.

Wow! What a Difference!
I bought a couple of small bags of this brine mix while visiting the store in Wichita. I used the brine on some chickens, which made a significant difference in the moisture and tenderness of the meat. Later, I brined two Boston Butts (never heard about anyone brining pork butts but thought what the heck) for 24 hours then applied the rub and smoked them low and slow until they hit 205 degrees and they were off the chart excellent! The next Boston Butts I smoked (without brine) were not even close to the moisture and tenderness of the other brined butts. I was instantly spoiled. I jumped on the atbbq website and saw they had a five-pound bag of ‘Cattleman's Grill Butcher House Brine.’ I put in my order. I shared some brined pulled pork with some friends this past weekend, and I have heard statements like, "I have never tasted anything like that, it was the best meat I've ever eaten. How do you make something that good?" Lots of “WOW, that meat was excellent!” I guess it shows that the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Thanks atbbq. Let’s keep brining!
