Your products are excellent. Great quality meat. The packing was also very professional done, I was little concerned if it would defrost during shipment but it was still solid frozen when it arrived. One comment I have is that I prefer the fillet medallion thick cuts instead of thine ones. Overall great meat products, thank you. I will order more from you.

The quality of the beef is top shelf! Our original order was delivered during the intense heatwave after riding around in a delivery truck all day and then delivered the next afternoon. It was completely thawed out and very warm to the touch. This was no fault of River Bend Ranch, and this was totally on the shipper. After taking pictures and emailing them to RRB support to show them how we received the package and product, RRB replaced the order and we received it with the product fully frozen a week later. We are extremely pleased with the service and we sat down to two beautiful steaks last week. My wife made a Mongolian Beef casserole with the hamburger that again was over the top. Thank you for resolving our issue and providing us with the Outlaw package. I will leave further reviews as we enjoy each portion of the RRB black angus selection we chose.
