USDA Choice Boneless Ribeye Steak

The steaks contained more connective tissue than previous orders. A couple of the steaks were cut unevenly and one end got overcooked. I was a little disappointed with the two ribeyes I have cooked out of my last shipment. Maybe those were just a fluke, because I have been more than pleased with all of my past orders.

We made the ribeye topped with lobster. it was absolutely delicious. I wish you could taste the tenderness and fulness of flavor - trust me it was spectacular. Thank you, 44 Farms. You never disappoint.
