Iberico Pork Box has not let us down and every visitor who has tried it has been impressed. Of even more importance is that our last box arrived with no ice (had melted) and meat was warm and I was uncomfortable to eat it — I have no issue if meat is still good and cold — and honestly was dreading calling the issue in. The support staff was great, had no pushback once they heard my side and new box is on its way — way to go!

I have never tasted such great pork! I was a pro chef for many years and love to experiment with different tastes and cuisines. This pork is SO versatile and can be taken from mild to wild without missing a step! Love it!

The pork has a rich, nutty flavor that's incredibly versatile, whether you're keeping it simple with salt and a good sear or incorporating it into more refined dishes.
