Ibérico Pork Box

This is the best meat we've ever had. Bar none. I just placed another order and am looking forward to trying out different cuts along with those that we loved so much from the first box. I would have liked to have received the "welcoming gifts" inside the box as advertised but maybe we can get them with the next. If I had received those I might have had a better idea of how to cook / prepare the cuts that came with that box. I do urge new customers to review the "how to" videos on youtube because if you are new to this product it helps enormously to know how to cook it. It's just DELICIOUS!!

Absolutely incredible

Delicious short on weight

Good but short on weight. Advertised pork belly 21-28 oz received 17 oz. Secreto advertised 14-21oz received 8 oz, presa advertised 20-24 oz received 16 oz, 4 rib advertised 24-33 oz received 30 oz. Less than 4 1/2 pounds total when advertised 6 lbs
