Acorn-fed Sliced Ibérico Shoulder Ham

Let me first say that I have zero issues with the quality of the products that I have received from Campo. I am writing this bad review strictly based on their shipping / logistics practices. This order was a re-shipment from my original order which I received completely thawed. Not simply cold or somewhat defrosted but completely thawed and warm to the touch. I requested another shipment and Campo happily agreed to my request. I asked them to please included additional dry ice in the next shipment. I received the second shipment today and it was the same as the first. Items were completely thawed, water / moisture everywhere, and no additional dry ice. I can’t convey how disappointed I am because I really love Campo’s pork products. But frankly this is completely unacceptable to have two separate shipments be completely ruined because their shipping department / management can’t resolve simple issues like this. I have inclided a few pics as well. Very dissatisfied customer.

Exceptionally good ham. This is the best iberico ham I've had since the Bazaar closed in LA. It's got great flavor and my whole family loves it.
