Pure Hatch Green Chile

I ordered 10 jars of extra hot and put it on a repeating subscription. Because of the bad harvest this year I'm concerned that I'm going to run out before there's more for next year?

Outstanding flavor. Intense heat. Pure Hatch green chile is delicious. The awesome scent of the chile when cooking permeates the kitchen and makes its way throughout the house, reminding me of when I lived in the Land of Enchantment.

New Mexico hatch green chili is the bomb and these jars of hatch chili are nothing short of perfect. I absolutely love them. I just have trouble opening the jars.
