The hatch !

The hatch green chile has a great flavor and the heat is just hot enough to keep me digging more out of the jar. I can’t do hot like I could when o was younger.

This stuff is awesome! I got the medium, which has very good heat, without masking the wonderful taste of the hatch chilis. Pure Hatch Green Chile is chunky and thick—there's no water in this jar, which I love. I can’t recommend this product enough!
