Smoked Coho

So good!

This was our second order of twelve cans. This salmon is so delicious and versatile. We've made onigiri, a dip, and enoki and salmon fritters. I'm not sure what we'll try next but this salmon is the best!

Flavor is on point

At the beginning I thought it was a little Salty but then I kept eating it and realized it was perfect. Paired with bruschetta and some burrata cheese & some chili oil soo good !!

WOW!!

How wonderful can it be! I had a friend from Alaska that his family canned their own smoked salmon. This reminds me of that. Love every bite!
