We overhauled the recipe from the previous version. And trust us, it's better.
The fish itself mild and flakey. The sumac adds a nice bright lift to the flavor.
The tins are topped off in top quality Spanish extra virgin olive oil. A 50/5...

The ROCKstar of tinned fish!

This tin was swimming with flavor. The texture was meaty, the aroma pleasant, and the packaging artistic and delightful. Wildfish Cannery stands out in a sea of tinned fish makers. 10/10 would dive in again.

so much better than the store

Everything from Wildfish is so much better than what can be purchased in the store including the Rockfish, which I can't even imagine finding anywhere else. Such a great appetizer - that's how we like it!

Great customer service

So far love all tinned fish I ordered from Wildfish Cannery. But Rockfish in Garlic and Sumac is my favorite. The flaky, tender fish with a little bit of tang from Sumac is wonderful in a bean salad. Honestly my first tin I ate straight out of the can. Yum. A bit expensive for the size, but I totally understand. I will continue to splurge once in a while. Also customer service is fabulous. Stefan kept me informed throughout a little issue and resolved it. Thank you
