Rockfish with olive oil and sumac
I bought the sumac rockfish, smoked coho salmon and smoked sockeye salmon. I LOVED both salmon! They were both smooth, flaky and very Smokey which I love!! A hair too salty but other than that, they were both phenomenal! The rockfish was delicious but to me was not as flavorful as the smoked salmon. I will definitley be returning for more tin fish from wild cannery!! Hoping to try the octopus and a few other things soon!!

Excellent Cod
These just all go together. The sweet rockfish, savory dill, and the lemony bite of sumac. Great for eating in a salad or on a cracker. Just delicious.

What can I say, I love it all, and I especially love eating fresh, wild caught fish from Alaskan waters.
