Beef Slab / Traditional Biltong Slab 6oz

Maybe I got a bad batch, but the ones I tasted from a friend before ordering the $100+ sample box was wayyyy more tender and melt in the mouth than the batch I received, could’ve just been the extreme heat from shipping? Not sure, overall better then normal jerky but not as impressed as I expected.

I LIVED 10 YEARS IN SOUTH AFRICA. I ATE AT LEAST 3 SLABS OF BILTONG A WEEK. YOU'RE BILTONG. WAS TOO PEPPERY AND TOO SALTY, NOT THE TASTE I REMEMBER, I'M SORRY YOU DIDN'T PASS THE TEST.

Excellent Snacking

I bought these for provisions for the long hikes I like to do here in Florida. And seeing that they were located in Bushnell, FL made me wanna check them out. The biltong slab w/fat is absolutely fantastic. But highly recommend cutting it up before taking it out into the field
