I never knew...

The black cod is the best fish on here in my opinion. The others are nothing to sneeze at. But the soft rich buttery texture with the right amount of salt is absolutely delicious. I came here to order more but they were sold out. And I know exactly why

Not good, But GREAT!!! Wildfish pulled it off again!

Just the right amount of smoke and the oil finished it off perfectly. Super moist and wonderful flavor. Thanks again for making such fantastic products.
