Not good, But GREAT!!! Wildfish pulled it off again!
Just the right amount of smoke and the oil finished it off perfectly. Super moist and wonderful flavor. Thanks again for making such fantastic products.

Cod taste was smoky but that’s a given. The fish was mushy , lacked bite and rhe tin was not fully packed. Would not order again.

High end restaurant plating in a can
Hands down, this is the best mild white fish I've ever had from a can.
The smoke flavor is distinct but doesn't at all overwhelm the buttery flavor of the flesh. The texture (second picture) is incredible, fork tender with none of the chewiness of typical commercially canned fish. If you served me this warmed, plated, and garnished at a restaurant, I would never believe you that it was canned. The skin is whole and delicious and the salt level is just right. I'm so glad I ordered more than one can. :)
