Great quality fish. Ended up getting halibut instead of one of the cods, so that was an unexpected bonus. Rich and meaty!

Fish always arrives perfectly frozen and the flavor is second to "none". I am a huge fish eater and i have never had fish this good!! I am a customer for life!!

My order arrived via Fed Ex to Honolulu within 2 days of shipping from Alaska. However, upon opening the box after arrival, I noticed the box was damaged and the 12 packs of fish were warm to the touch. The styrofoam container that the fish were placed in, had no dry ice in it. Unfortunately because the fish may have been in transit in continuous warmth, the fish was no longer in eatable condition, due to possible contamination and an onset of bacteria. I contacted Outerseas Customer Support Thursday afternoon and Ezra from Outerseas responded to my letter of concern by Friday afternoon. He stated to me via email that a refund would be initiated. I am very “pleased” with Outerseas Support regarding the handling of my purchase in a timely manner. In regards to the products, they did look exactly as pictured and of good quality. It’s disappointing that I had to discard all of the fish packs due to warm temperature and unsafe handling of its packing and shipping.
