Juniper & Lemon Thyme Smoked Trout

Elegant and fancy feeling

the fish was super delicate and not fishy. Lightly smoked with hints of fruit from the juniper berry. It felt like I was eating a fancy dish at an upscale seafood restaurant. I didn't know tinned fish could taste this good, wow.

I really enjoyed the flavor of these and to be honest I wish I had made a salad with a can.

not as good as the curry trout but not bad
