Brisket is ‘Merican as apple pie, blue jeans, and Top Gun.
There’s a reason why any self-respecting Texan will literally challenge you to a gentlemen’s duel if you dare to disrespect this cut of meat.
I think at its core, Brisket transcends culture.

It’s super good I bought 2 bags and me and my co workers finished them in a day love how the flavor melts in my mouth for only beef and salt this is the best purchase I’ve made and I’m looking forward to buying more

I've been ordering these for a while now and they've always been good, but my last order of two bags was very disappointing. a lot of Crystal hardly any fat and some unedible pieces that I had to spit out. I hope that this company inspects these products a little more carefully and not provide less than quality product in the future as I basically wasted money on two bags that weren't very good.

I got the Ribeye, the Duck & the Brisket. The Ribeye was did not feel like jerky, it was oddly moist & was all stuck together & solidified. The taste & texture was undesirable no one in my family liked any part of it. The duck didn’t have the crunch of cracklings & was mostly a bunch of 1/2”x1/4” pieces & smaller, the taste was a little gamey (to be expected) it wasn’t bad but I’m the only one who liked it. The Brisket was far superior, it had great taste & texture, & was what I expected when purchasing jerky. This is how I would review each product:
Ribeye- 0⭐️
Duck- ⭐️
Brisket- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really wish the Ribeye was like the Brisket since it had such a high price tag & saw the great reviews, however, either the reviews were fabricated -or- I got a bad batch. I hope this review helps others make the best choice for themselves.
