Excellently cured and fresh moist taste!👅

Excellently cured and ingredients are top shelf. I personally need somewhat lower salt content, but, I know for the curing process, it’s necessary. Other brands I’ve had were even higher, it would welcome more by me if lower. The taste is as fresh and moist as could be. This my second or third order.. Rated highest for 5 stars!!

Four great flavors to begin in the Signature Set
