Variety Vol. 1

The broth is not as intense as I was hoping. I found myself adding a bit of something here or there, like soy or sesame oil. The noodles have a stiff texture that never really softens up like a ramen noodle. It would be nice, for the price, of they included a leaf of seaweed or a bit of fried tofu. The pictures show lovely noodle bowls. What one gets is something else. Tasty, but something else.

I really enjoy your ramen for its taste texture and ingredients. I do NOT use much of your flavor packets which taste like and appear to add too much sodium and/or MSG. Your dehydrated veggies give the ramen a little color, some texture but little flavor. The first time I ordered these mis-understood the quantities involved and ordered 3 bags as a trial. Later received another bag as free promotion. Oops! Cunnently way over stocked with product and suspended orders for now. Willard in NC

It’s all good and so far I eat it when I’m too lazy to cook something else which is most of the time. I always put vegetables in it which makes it some how better. That’s me!
