8-Year-Old Super-Sharp Cheddar

This cheese ruined me for anything in the grocery store marked 'sharp'. If you want a truly sharp cheddar cheese for every day use, this is the one you want. It's tangy and creamy and melts well with dishes.

Love this cheese, had the eight year-old sharp cheddar today so creamy but yet still on the dry side, but in a good way. We enjoyed the garlic cheese as well. Definitely be ordering more in the future.
