Lingcod, Toasted Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Flavorful. Not fishy.

Added the lingcod to some pasta. Threw in reggiano, toasted black pepper and lemon juice reduction. It was delicious. Will definitely buy again.

Nicely balanced amount of garlic for mild fish

Much more delicate than I expected—and bonus delicious savory, garlic-y oil left at the end.
