packaged really well!! i was out of the house when they were delivered but they included an appropriate amount of cold packs so no oysters died in transit, even after sitting in the lobby for 5 hours

Another wonderful experience with Island Creek! FedEx dropped the ball on our delivery, but IC made it right with a new shipment sent out on the day of our choosing. We often buy oysters from other farms when we order from IC - variety is the spice of life! - but there's something special about these original Island Creeks, and we keep coming back to them. Thanks for the great customer service!
