I think the NY Strip doesn’t get enough praise. I’ve never had an issue with this product. Over the last year the Strip has been amongst the most consistent. Great Salt to Meat Ratio, Fat Content is minimal and perfect for the strip. Just enough fat to balance out the meat.

Perfection
I've tried many of the options from Carnivore Snax, and the New York Strip takes the gold. It is so flavorful and is my new favorite. It's a golden, meaty, potato chip that melts in your mouth and leaves you wanting more. 5 stars will be ordering again!

This product is carnivore’s dream, if you can afford it. It’s a solid choice for a long time carnivore, a beginner, or anyone “low carb”. I’ve always been satisfied with the taste, butter fine texture, and super nutritious addition to my regular diet on most days, regardless of which cut I am eating.
