I was a fan of the Oster with stationary beaters and the bowl that went round and round. No longer made. Burned the motor up and had to buy the Kitchen Aid. Boooooo. 20 years of irritation drove me to spend months researching machines. The Bosch won and I'm in 7th heaven.

Mighty Mixer Machine AMAZING

Calling this a mixer is a big understatement! It’s a mighty machine that does the best job ever on bread dough. The family gifted me first another brand (sounds like Band Aid) and I was super frustrated by the operation and the weight of the mixer. Back it went! This is the one I should have as bagels, bread and cookie dough are my main uses for a heavy-duty mixer. It created the very best dough for both bagels and bread, absolutely no comparison to the conventional stand mixer. I was unaware of the blender option until after purchase, what a concept! Customer service was astoundingly helpful. Here is my favorite part: no complex speeds to choose. Simple, efficient pulse mode or momentary or speeds 1-4. Bam. That frankly is all you need. Also, the machine comes with an anti-flour-cloud cover so mixing stays where it belongs, in the bowl, not in the air. Hands down, get the mixer.

This mixer is a power house. NutriMill is an incredible company with excellent customer service! We also have the harvest grain mill! I look forward to buying more products from NutriMill as continue to bake more for our family.
