Wood Pulp Proofing Baskets

Great, hefty proofing baskets. I heavily floured and rubbed the flour into the basket then floured again with rice flour and my proofed loaves came out nicely. Not sure how they’d do with a very wet dough, but probably would be good if heavily floured and rice flour on the loaf as well. Im happy with them.

the banneton works perfectly and is very sturdy. the order was a couple days later than expected but overall a great buy and great experience.

I’d love my purchases from you. I’m excited about more to come. The bannington is by far the best I have ever purchased. The proofing cloth cover is just right for many uses and allows for proofing for not only my sourdough breads, but my cinnamon roll dough. I look forward too many more purchases. Also how these are made is a pretty unique and incredible story thank you so much.
