I’d love my purchases from you. I’m excited about more to come. The bannington is by far the best I have ever purchased. The proofing cloth cover is just right for many uses and allows for proofing for not only my sourdough breads, but my cinnamon roll dough. I look forward too many more purchases. Also how these are made is a pretty unique and incredible story thank you so much.

These are quite good. I started my bread making journey with another brand of banneton which has been a nightmare - dough sticks to banneton, getting the dough out yields deflated dough, less than optimal experience all around. The Flourside banneton do not stick, I just use some bread flour rubbed into the banneton, and my dough pops right out. They are easy to clean, especially so with the Iris Hantverk brush, and are my go to for bannetons when I bake.

My second set of these Flourside banettons. The first set lasted MANY years and I am happy to continue using these again. Bread releases easily, even after the first use; sticking them in the cooling over afterwards for drying is a must for longevity!
