I haven’t made mole sauce with it yet, so I know I’m missing out. But I have made chili as well as rice and beans, and used Mole Olé instead of chili powder. It gives even simple dishes like that a nice subtle chocolate and pepper flavor that really transform them

All spices are amazing here. We use them to brighten our fish, eggs, and tofu, as well as add to our custom Ramen soups.
