Been using these chipotle flakes for about twenty years ever since I bought them in person in Seattle. Have ordered them online since. They arrive super fast, still replenish the original jar. Make amazing blue cheese dressing or dip with them. Half sour cream and mayo with normal size block of blue cheese, chipotle flakes, mix with stick blender, in a jar overnite then stir again. Turns a pretty color from the flakes. So so so good!

I love the chipotle flakes! They are a staple in my kitchen and make it into all kinds of dishes when I want that smoky, warming umami with a bit of kick. I especially love it in the winter when I add it to all kinds of dishes from potatoes to marinades and even brownies!
