Roasted Rapeseed Oil (Caiziyou)

It has the aroma and flavor of toasted rapeseed oil. It is like a much milder version of toasted sesame seed oil. You would not want to do a stirfry using sesame seed oil as the stirfry oil of your dish, but you do want to use this toasted rapeseed oil in the bottom of your wok. From now on, I’m going to use it as a substitute for peanut oil or avocado oil.
